Your All Day Event Space Rental provides access from 8am–9pm and includes a classroom-style setup with seating for 22 guests. Renters may adjust the arrangement of tables and chairs to suit their event; all furniture must remain in the room and be returned to its original layout at the conclusion of the rental. When reconfigured, the room can comfortably accommodate up to approximately 50 guests, making it well suited for open-floor gatherings, networking groups, and community events.

A premium 105" motorized projection screen and ceiling-mounted projector deliver crisp visuals for presentations and video content. The projector’s built-in speakers provide suitable audio for most presentations, and complimentary high-speed WiFi is included for you and your guests.

A stylish dry bar adds convenience and sophistication, featuring a wine cooler, small refrigerator, cabinets, and counter space for refreshments or event materials. Renters also enjoy shared access to the fully equipped kitchen for coffee service, catering support, or breaks throughout the day.

FREE onsite parking is included for hosts and attendees, providing convenient access and eliminating a common barrier to event participation.

Access to the space is reserved for your scheduled rental window. Early access may be available when scheduling allows, but cannot be guaranteed. All event policies and guidelines are outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
